Thought Evolution

"Thought Evolution" is a collection of essays and poetry written by Tharwat Fahoum Lovett. When she was a teenager, she began writing poetry to help make since of the confusing and sometimes exhilarating emotions she felt. Many times, these emotions were connected to questions she had regarding the mis-fit between how she felt and the supposed grain of status quo. It was her way of bringing tangibility to something so hard to describe. She realized over the span of eleven years, her collection of untitled poetry had followed a progression, an evolution if you will. Her poems were documenting a developmental journey from the confusing collective illusion to individual realization. Tharwat Fahoum Lovett shares the story of her evolution of emotion and realization with anyone willing to acknowledge and validate their feelings as a major player in their subjective life drama. There is more to us than what we see. Much of our behavior is driven by what we feel.
