I have been in many of those spaces throughout the years and I know the strength that comes from tapping into the inner power that dwells within all of us. One thing I know about life is that you are always going into a storm, in a storm or coming out of a storm. In the natural, I would encourage you to have protection or covering-an umbrella... a raincoat,..some rain boots..
