This book concerns three aspects researches. This first research will indicate some methods to explain how to achieve training talent human plan in success.  It is suitable to any readers have interest to know what methods can train talent human in possible success.
 This second research explains any countries culture improvement can assist themselves economic growth, in special high technological productive environmental culture. I shall follow three aspects to research this question. The first aspect researchs whether the country researchs talent human experiment which can help any businessmen to raise productivities or efficiencies. The second aspect researchs whether the country encourages employers apply high technological environment, it can raise productivities or efficiencies, the final researchs whether the country encourages over time working environmental culture, whether it can raise productivities or efficiencies. 
 The final research concerns whether labors abnormal long time working hours working culture which can influence society economic growth and raises productivity in long time. Why do I choose to research this topic?  Because I discovered many employers need labors to increase working hours to work often, such as China , Hong Kong etc. developing countries. Although, they feel this method will help them to reduce to spend salary or wage expenditure to employ extra full time labors to assist them to achieve to raise aim of productivity.
