Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung:Public Relations (PR) bedeutet Öffentliche Beziehungen.Kommunikation und Information sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil öffentlicher Beziehungen. Nicht nur Wirtschaftsunternehmen nutzen die Möglichkeiten und Herausforderungen gezielter Kommunikation, auch soziale Organisationen sind darauf angewiesen. Um in der breiten Öffentlichkeit Image aufzubauen und Akzeptanz zu erreichen, ist seitens der Organisationen, Institutionen und politischen Interessenträgern eine kontinuierliche Öffentlichkeitsarbeit unverzichtbar. Zunehmend werden die Chancen erkannt, welche PR zur Erreichung von Organisationszielen bieten. Immer mehr Organisationen benötigen Spezialisten für die PR-Arbeit und beauftragen externe PR- Agenturen.Im Medienzeitalter kennzeichnet der Begriff Internet-PR ein Marketing-Instrument. Heutzutage ist Internet-PR ein fester Bestandteil in vielen Organisationen. Eine wissenschaftliche Auseinandersetzung mit Internet- PR hat inzwischen begonnen. Ergebnisse zu Organisationskonzeptionen und Organisationsstrukturen werden bereits mehr oder weniger erfolgreich mit Internet-PR umgesetzt.Das Ziel dieser Diplomarbeit ist es, das neue Marketinginstrument Internet-PR in seiner Bedeutung im sozialen Sektor am Beispiel der Diakonie zu erörtern. Gerade der soziale Sektor benötigt erheblich mehr Auseinandersetzung mit dem Phänomen Internet-PR.Dabei interessieren vor allem folgende Fragen: Wie sind die einzelnen Kommunikationsstrategien der Diakonie auf ihrer Hauptwebseite und der von Berlin/Brandenburg aufgebaut? Was ist die Botschaft? Wer ist die Zielgruppe? Wie werden unterschiedliche Zielgruppen angesprochen?Ferner ist es mir sehr wichtig, ein praktisches Beispiel zu wählen, dessen Leitbild ich mit meinem persönlichen Menschenbild vereinbaren kann. Um Antworten auf diese Fragen zu finden, habe ich eine Internetrecherche der Webseiten von der Diakonie sowie Gespräche mit Praktikern geführt, die sich bereits mit Internet-PR auseinandergeset
