In this way we are rapidly coming to align ourselves with the desire of indigenous societies to live more in harmony with nature. Part of this new consciousness is the growing awareness of the dangers of uncontrolled technology both in production and in military terms. The book suggests that we are therefore in a position to give greater value to the so-called Third World, as the study notes that the term is now arbitrary and it is out-of-date. It basically tends to provide us with a faulty concept of our own world.
