La Constitución de la Confederación Argentina fue la Carta magna Argentina durante el período comprendido entre 1835 y 1852. En esos años Argentina se articuló como un estado federal basado en tratados interprovinciales, sin una constitución nacional. Fue sustituida en 1853, por la Constitución de Juan Bautista Alberdi.
La Confederación Argentina estaba conformada entonces por las provincias autónomas de
Santa Fe,
Entre Ríos,
Corrientes,
Tucumán,
Salta,
Jujuy,
Santiago del Estero,
Catamarca,
Córdoba,
La Rioja,
San Juan,
San Luis
y Mendoza.
Buenos Aires no formaba parte de la Constitución de la Confederación Argentina. Su elite no aceptaba un gobierno nacional, en manos de un líder federal del interior.
