Hung Vuong-Vinh Long Company belonged to Hung Vuong Corporation and specialized in farming, processing and exporting Pangasius fillet catfish is a strong brand-name and reputation in the international markets. Selecting the appropriate business strategy becomes a very important decision for Hung Vuong- Vinh Long Company to increase their competitiveness, achieve their long-term goals in the competition that already exists in Pangasius catfish export industry. In this study "Business strategy for processing plant of Pangasius catfish: A case study for Hung Vuong - Vinh Long Co., Ltd., Vietnam", the author analyzed and recommended the prior business strategy for the Company by applying Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix (QSPM).
