Las artes marciales, el Budo, forman parte intrínseca de mi vida. Empecé a escribir artículos sobre artes marciales en los primeros años 90, publicando algunos de ellos. En el año 2.000 empecé un blog de artes marciales en internet, actualmente leído por miles de personas en todo el mundo. Decidí recopilar los artículos publicados que más me gustaban y con los que más me identificaba y publicarlos en forma de libro. Los artículos recopilados aquí son una muestra fidedigna de mi modo de entender el Budo, y por ende, la Vida. Espero que a alguien más le puedan servir de ayuda y de guía como lo siguen haciendo conmigo. - Dani Esteban tiene 50 años y lleva 35 practicando artes marciales. Maestro internacional 15ºdan de Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu además de varios años de TaeKwonDo, Systema Ruso, etc. Es también 2ºdan instructor de la escuela Meifu Shinkage Ryu (Shuriken & FundoKusari). Es el creador del sistema KODE de Autoprotección Personal y Seguridad junto al maestro Kim Oliveras.
