A Life Time Change

The book is mostly dedicated to the adults, youths and the young adults of today, the book also touches challenge we are facing and how we can overcome most of them, most of the things I talked about are mainly from my researches, observations and personal experience, but the most important thing which I encourage everyone is self discipline.
