A Horse for My Kingdom

A rollicking adventure quest romance with belly laughs. This playful satire of the epic adventure fantasy genre is rife with off-the-wall humor, eye-winking literary references and steamy love scenes between the reluctant hero and the strong-willed heroine following a friends-to-lovers storyline. A fractured fairytale for readers looking for adult adventure and humor.

Funny and Steamy - Unwilling hero Oben finds himself on a daring mission to deliver a valuable gift horse to the king, but there's a catch - the quest is a plot hatched by the evil vizier Zag to usurp the throne. Setting out with his friends, Flap and Dongle, the sexy and savvy Nios insists on joining the troupe. Traveling the treacherous Forked Road through the dangerous forest, Nios fights at Oben's side while playfully trying to seduce him into marriage - the carnal kind.

This first Tale from the Quaquaverse is a rollicking, fantasy quest fable full of adventure, magic, comedy and just enough eros to spice up the mix.

Join Oben's journey and encounter dangers both magical and mundane, laughing all the way. Beware of the wicked and foul-mouthed Thief Gnomes as they snatch Nios and the horse. Be on guard against the scheming evil vizier Zag and his sinister plan. And prepare to be amazed and amused when the ordinary horse is magically given the power of speech and reveals the way to save the kingdom. But just when the hero is at the mercy of the villain, can the oversexed wizard Fil come to the rescue with only a single, magic arrow?

The caravan leaves at first light. Come along for the ride.
