Attingendo alla prolungata esperienza di pensiero e pratica, composizione e analisi maturata dall'ipotesi metaculturale, l'autore si propone di scuotere bonariamente le fondamenta della culturalità, partendo dal piccolo e dalle convenzioni che ruotano attorno alla forma 'parabola', di evangelica memoria. Le Parabole, contrapponendo il loro carattere 'leggero' alla 'gravità' dei passi evangelici a cui scherzosamente alludono, tracciano percorsi senza meta - il loro messaggio non è nel contenuto. Esse esortano a pensare riflessivamente, metaculturalmente, in contraddizione con la forma narrativa adottata (tradizionalmente veicolo di 'verità rivelate').
