Der Autor weist nach, daß das Elastizitätskonzept modernen, Value at Risk-orientierten Risikoquantifizierungsansätzen nicht genügt, und entwickelt einen eigenen Vorschlag zur Risikoquantifizierung auf Value at Risk-Basis. Damit findet ein für Marktrisiken verbreitetes Instrumentarium Anwendung auf Risiken im Commercial Banking.
