The book has dealt elaborately the participative experience of various countries. It has reviewed all relevant literature relating to the topic. Besides it has developed a strong theoretical base for the concept. The rest part of the book is based on research study conducted in certain mills of National Textile Corporation of India. The study has explored the various facets of participative management practiced by National Textile Corporation (NTC).
