I am here to tell you I have not always had healthy eating as a priority. It took my husband almost dying for me to wake up and realize how much food affects our health. Here are a few things I learned and that I poured into these recipes:

Diets don't work long-term and are not a reliable form of "healthy living",
Deprivation does NOT mean healthy,
Knowing what ingredients to use in your recipes is vital to a healthier lifestyle,

All of my recipes are gluten and dairy-free. No dairy. No gluten. No white refined sugar. BUT, I promise, my recipes do not lack flavor!
