Robots had been organizational internal one kind of main technological resources to be used. Some manufacturers had chosen robots to replace human workers to do simple or complex tasks in order to raise efficiency. How to use robots to help organizations to raise efficiencies or improve performance.  
 Is only robots to replace all human workers in one team , they can raise more efficient ? Can half human workers and half robotic cooperations work together to raise more efficient? Can robots real be major technological resources to future any organizations?  In my this book , I shall attempt to explain how and why robotics may become organizational resource to help any organizations to improve efficiency and performance.Readers can have more clear understanding whether robots may be future major organizational resources in order to raise efficiencies.
