Do they really account for differences related to culture, the language being used in communication and interpersonal interaction? How to handle internal communication with a totally different culture? How can we bridge the cultural and communication gap between the different intervenants in the outsourcing process? Before moving to the theoretical framework of this paper, the author is required to comply with the "Green Plan for Higher Education establishment" that states "Sustainable development and corporate social responsibility" as an area mandatory to cover.
