Vahé spends his free time hiking and exploring the hilly arid canyon landscape behind his house in San Diego, California and brings home creepy, crawling critters, snakes and lizards, much to the bemusement of his parents and sister.
One day, Vahé receives a surprise parcel in the mail from his Grandpa for his upcoming birthday. He opens it to find a fishing vest with a card and a letter telling him that his grandparents are coming to visit. Vahé is very excited but has to be patient and endure the anticipation of his grandparents arrival, all the way from Armenia!
