Up, Down and Out

Joseph had always admired Uncle David. Many times he had wished David were his father. David liked Joseph very much. Many times he wished Joseph were his son. Shanna, Joseph's mother wished the same often. "I should have married David" she told her husband.David loved women as much as he hated them. He was loved by many who later learned to hate him. He was always falling out of grace, but somehow, somebody always managed to save him. Like a cat, he finally used all nine lives and hit rock bottom until his daughter saved him, not once, but twice. God in his infinite wisdom decided to give him one more chance. He sent his Black Archangel to save him from the gutter. David had fought with God all of his life, but finally surrendered and found happiness in the arms of the woman who truly loved him, a woman who believed she had killed him. Unknown David and to Joseph, their stars were on a collision course with destiny. What happened in between proved that there is a first time for everything and that life is stranger than fiction.
