To change or not to change? That is the question. Change is inevitable and yet we all resist change. Do you feel that changes are hard to make? This book shows all the reasons we do not change in our own lives. We blame others and we play the victim to make excuses for change. We fear the unfamiliar path and we lack confidence to make changes. We follow patterns and expect things to change without taking control of our own lives. Why is it so difficult to change when changes are a fact of life? Life is like the ocean, where it is a constant body of water and yet it is also constantly changing. Our presense in life is much like the seas of life. Seven constant seas which interrelate and are continuously providing new waves to overcome. Learning new ways to overcome these challenges is simply the seven seas of change-seven C words that show just how simple it is to make changes. We must accept that change is constant and that it lives inside us as common sense. We have to have positive or "can-do" attitudes that give us the confidence to move forward with our own goals. It takes commitment to keep us on the change journey. There is no right or wrong way to do things. Choices we make are just a lesson we need to learn. At times the waves can cause obstacles which we must become creative with just a little imagination. Taking control of our lives lies in the power in which we all have inside of ourselves.
