They each learn that they must rely on God, just as we must learn to do. God loves each of us, and has our best interests in mind. The path on which He leads us may not be the easiest or the quickest, but it turns out to be the best for God's purposes and as such, is also the best one for us.
The author shares memories of her life during the Depression and into the computer age, and frustrations she has while learning to use the new technology.
