Through Light & Whispers
Description
Elara, rescued from Lord Blackwood's dungeon finds freedom at the hands of her childhood sweetheart, Silvan. Years have passed since they last saw each other, and Elara grapples with a newfound truth: her love for Silvan has never faded. Facing years of captivity at the hands of Lord Bloodrose due to an elven binding that holds her magic to his will, she struggles with the renewed connection.
As they journey back to Asthemar to Damien and Annika, Elara wrestles with how to sever her magick from Bloodrose. The long journey is riddled with temptations and new friendships, and a mysterious dark force that tempts Elara with a different path, a path that promises power and vengeance. Torn between love and vengeance, Elara must choose between the light she once knew and the darkness that beckons.
Meanwhile, Silvan faces his own struggles. Bound by the elven code of honor, he respects the elven binding, even as his heart aches for her. The pressures of his lineage weigh heavily - his parents push him towards marriage and the throne of the Empereal Clan. Yet, Silvan cannot bring himself to move on while Elara's fate hangs in the balance.
As Elara delves deeper into the darkness, the choices she makes risk severing the ties that bind her to those she loves. Will she succumb to the whispers of vengeance, or can she find a way to break free from the elven binding and return to the light, will she sacrifice her chance at love with Silvan?
