Brian was born to Bobby and Deborah Gaither in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He is Married to wife LaWanna and the father of two children, Nigel (11) and Brianna (7). Brian is a graduate of Western Carolina University and an ex NFL player as a free agent with the Baltimore Ravens.
Upon returning to Winston Salem, he once again attended his childhood church New Life Family Worship Center, now New Life Church of Winston Salem. Under the teaching of Pastor Beechard Moorefield, Brian received the calling to Pastor in 2010, then received the pastorate on July 6, 2014.
