The story opens with five good friends named Lavender, Ezra, Sky, Cory and Blair; they are in the final year of their school. They planned to go on a trip in a forest on top of the mountain and in search of the mysterious creature. As they reach the forest, they find them self-lost when they find Andrew, Leo, Rose and Lexi who were MFA students who were working on their project. They get close to each other; they stay in a treehouse where Andrew and his friends stayed. The second day Leo reveals that he has a map of her grandfather, and he said it might lead to a treasure.
