This book is a fictional story about a man who works overseas for the railroad company he's employed by, he's worked for two years in China, two years in Egypt and then two years in South Africa, being a highly skilled engineer, he commands a very high and lucrative wage. He only spends a few days at home every two years, his twin daughters don't see much of him and neither does his wife. He came home from South Africa stating it would be his last, but he had another offer to work in Bahrain, his wife was not happy about the sitatuation and voed to go out and not be stuck indoors anymore because she was lonely, bored and frustrated when her husband was away. But in bahrain things take a turn for the worse.
