His story was obviously a work of love. Written after he had visited Israel, the manuscript sat in a box for years. Its typewriter text faded and the paper curled with age. I loved my father. He was a great man. I went about publishing my novels and working fulltime. Long after his death, I decided to rewrite his story. The language and syntax were so formal, but the story was beautiful. I added my own touches, changing enough to make it flowing and readable. I am immensely proud of The Malefactors, and I believe that my father is too.Set in Biblical Palestine during the time of Christ.
