The John 3

Faith is woven with a Crimson Cord to connect centuries full of historical events about Jesus’ life on earth. The picture book, THE JOHN 3:16 MESSENGERS, uses butterflies and hand illustrations to tell this redemption revelation. Passages, from both the Old and the New Testament of the Bible, are sited on each written page to support the story itself. 
Romans 1:20 (NKJV) states: “For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they (mankind) are without excuse…”
Below is listed how each stage of the butterfly’s life-cycle can represent Jesus’ Victory Story.  
    • The egg—the Angel Gabriel visited Mary (a virgin) and told her God would place the Seed of His Son inside her womb.
    • The caterpillar—Christ’s life as a baby, a child, and a man on earth who hungered, suffered, wept, loved, healed, and taught.
    • The chrysalis—Christ’s human body dying on the cross and being buried in a tomb for three days.
    • The butterfly—Christ’s new glorious body being raised from the dead, breaking free from the chains of entombment, and ascending into heaven after walking on the earth for forty days.
The last page of the book offers readers, who have not acknowledged Christ as Lord and Savior, a chance to begin their faith-walk by accepting the Truth found in the scriptures from the Roman Road to Salvation.

        His RESURRECTION.”
