And when she discovers that her wealthy new boyfriend has decided they’re engaged, she’s certain that must somehow be her fault as well. Trapped on land, Clarence befriends Julie and decides to help her. But when his plan backfires he’s carted off in a straitjacket, while Julie prepares for her engagement party.
