Arta, the girl Suli rescued, insists on becoming Suli’s apprentice, even though the Prime Minister is rounding up wise women and putting them in camps. Reluctantly, Suli takes Arta with her. On the journey back to Weatherstone, they stumble across the Prime Minister's plans to take over the country. He uses powerful witchcraft that threatens to steal the world's magic.
