Die Nutzeranforderungen an ein ECS sind die Basis von der E-Navigation-Strategie der IMO. Der fehlbare Mensch und die Aufmerksamkeit sind messbare Faktoren. Die Entscheidungstypen, Wissensbasen und Hilfsmittel habe ich auf den Wachdienst projiziert. Der Anwendung der Spieltheorie als Differential Games folgen Controllertypen. Die Hilfsmittel für den Brückenaufbau geben das zukünftigen Interface für Algorithmen, Sensoren vor. Es ist kein Klausurlöser, aber mit MATLAB habe ich den Simulator von Loe um das Risiko-Modell von Hilgert verbessert. Die KVR-Regeln von R13 bis R19 kann das Modell automatisch ausführen und assistierende Hinweise geben.
