This allows each individual specification to utilize or extend it as required. It describes all classes and attributes that are shared, as well as all relationships and interfaces that these specifications utilize.
This data model is key to understand how all S-Series data models interface with each other, and also ensures that the different specifications interact properly with each other and are 100% compatible at data level. As the different XML schemas are generated from the specification data models, SX002D also ensures that the data constructs for data exchange are the same or at least fully interoperable between all the different specifications.
