Surviving Ivy follows Ada Montgomery, a 22 year old ‘painfully ordinary’ university student who has her world turned upside down when, by chance she meets a smart talking, wildly impulsive stranger named Ivy. This unconventional Rom-Com sees these two women explore not just their unusual friendship, but their individual identities, unfamiliar love and the labels that follow. Labels neither women want to accept. Through a series of hilariously awkward, fabulously foolish and heart wrenchingly candid moments, these two women will learn that love is not black and white – but rather shades of grey, with a splash of colour and dash of crazy.

Ada and Ivy explore their friendship, their identities and the chemistry they try so hard to deny. This authentic look at the ‘coming out’ process and the up/downs of experimentation, is sure to keep you on the edge of each page.

Ada and Ivy’s turbulent relationship spends both women on a journey of self-discovery, self-destruction and inevitably self-acceptance.
