Our world is broken, but do not be overwhelmed. God has provided everything you need to live what you believe. You hold a match to strike against earth's rough surface that will spark a chain reaction and bring you into God's circular flow of love and provision.

When you make praise a daily habit, your life is transformed through intimate relationship with God. The Holy Spirit encourages you and turns your disastrous circumstances into invitations to hold God's hand and step forward in the flow of His power and authority.

Strike the Match is a 6-week Bible study that will help you live a faith-filled life, which begins with a small spark of praise. The fire of your faith flares up, and interior barriers such as guilt, fear, or pain burn away. Together, praise and faith trigger the next sequence in the chain reaction-the powerful weapon of prayer. These three are building blocks of a relationship between God the Father and His children and heirs-that means you. He releases His power in answer to your prayers.

You are battle-ready! Filled with Holy Spirit power and authority (Acts 1:8), you can overcome evil. However, you can't fight the good fight from the bleacher seats. So, put on the armor of God, and jump into action in faith and prayer!

As your relationship with God grows, you will move from mere head knowledge to actively living your faith. When you make a habit of looping through the chain reaction, you will live as a Word and Spirit overcomer on earth and for eternity to come.

Strike the Match illustrates each link in the chain reaction with true stories, both Biblical and modern-day accounts. Two chapters are dedicated to a thorough Scriptural investigation and to help you learn to live what you believe. Discovery-based questions promote discussion and encourage deeper exploration.
