Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich Soziale Arbeit / Sozialarbeit, Note: 1,3, Hochschule Ludwigshafen am Rhein (Fachbereich 4 - Gesundheit und Soziales), Veranstaltung: Sozialpolitik/Soziologie, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Seit der Bankenkrise 2007, die sich mittlerweile zu einer Staatsschulden- und Eurokrise entwickelt hat, hört man fast täglich von Hiobsbotschaften aus ganz Europa. Doch Deutschland scheint von der Krise kaum betroffen: „Es hat drei Gründe, weshalb Deutschland heute so gut dasteht. Da sind zum einen die Reformen der Agenda 2010. Dann hilft uns in der Globalisierung, dass wir in Deutschland eine starke Industrie und einen starken Mittelstand haben. Und die Sozialpartnerschaft, also das verantwortliche Miteinander von Arbeitgebern und Gewerkschaften, ist ein Wettbewerbsvorteil. Das zeigt sich gerade in Krisenzeiten." (Schröder nach Martens, 2012) [...]Auf den ersten Blick scheint dies zu stimmen, hat sich doch zum Beispiel die Zahl der Erwerbslosen seit Einführung der Hartz-Reformen 2005 stetig verringert: 2011 waren 2,9 Millionen Menschen erwerbslos, der niedrigste Stand seit 1992. (vgl. Destatis, 2012) Schon 1999 machte Schröder in Zusammenarbeit mit Tony Blair deutlich, dass er Deutschland an die Herausforderungen des 21. Jahrhunderts anpassen wolle. (vgl. Blair, Schröder,1999)Kritisiert dagegen wird stark, dass nicht erst seit der rot-grünen Regierung die soziale Polarisierung extrem steigt, sondern auch, dass der Sozialstaat im Vergleich zu 2006 ein Drittel schlechter wirkt1, so Matthias Birkwald (MdB, Die Linke): „Das ist die Folge der verheerenden rot-grünen Hartz-Reformen, von der die schwarz-gelbe Regierung, aber ebenso wenig SPD und Grüne partout nicht abweichen wollen."
