About the Expert
Selys Rivera is a writer with a passion for social justice. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing and a Master of Social Work. She has worked and volunteered at organizations focused on a variety of causes, including helping farmworkers, the Hispanic and Latinx community, and at-risk high school students.
