Pracowała w Bibliotece KUL, w introligatorni.Będąc juz w Holandii wykryto u niej białaczkę złośliwą. Z pomocą wspaniałych lekarzy i siłą woli zwalczyła chorobę. Będąc w szpitalu zaczęła pisać też wiersze dla dzieci. Obecnie wiersze, malarstwo i fotografia to jej pasja. W Holandii pracowała w Bibliotece szkoły średniej, IJssel College aż do wykrycia choroby.
