RowBoat Robbers

RowBoat Robbers is a story that burned in author Winston B. Philpott’s bones before he wrote it, and it will stay with readers long after the last page as well. This century-old story has passed from generation to generation, and though the real fishermen on whom Philpott’s fictional characters are based have all died, the moral of their story never will. RowBoat Robbers is about one of the most steadfast principles of all: that the law always gets their man.
