Carluse is married to his best friend, Ramona, the father of four: Marquita, Darvin, Marissa, Cyesha, and grandfather of 13. He resides in Asheville, North Carolina. He has been employed by the Buncombe County school system for many years. He has a love for children and young people. He has worked with children for the past 30 years and has been a school bus driver for six years. He says it has been a journey and he loves it.
First and foremost, he thanks God for giving him the ability to drive the school bus because it takes a lot of patience, dedication, and hard work. Carluse has no control of other automobiles on the road but he stays alert and ready for anything that might cross his path. With the help of God, Carluse is dedicated and focused on making sure that the children get to school and back home safely. One of Carluse's favorite scriptures is Philippians 4:13 (KJV), "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."
