Phan Nhiên Hạo (Hao Phan) is a Vietnamese American author who has published three books of poetry:

He writes in Vietnamese but his works have also been translated into English and published on American literary journals and anthologies. His biography and some of his translated works can be found on the internet, including on Wikipedia, by searching for his name. 
The book submitted for publishing here is a collection of poems written in Vietnamese. The title of the book is Radio Mùa Hè [Summer Radio]. The poems reflect the author’s personal life as an immigrant and poet living in America. The book includes 43 poems in Vietnamese and an “Afterword” written by the critic Hai-Dang Phan in English (also translated into Vietnamese).
