Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich Pflegewissenschaft - Sonstiges, Note: 1, Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster (Caritasverband für die Diözese Münster e.V), Veranstaltung: Leitungsqualifizierung für Pflegefachkräfte, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen unserer Weiterbildungsmaßnahme „Leitungsqualifizierung für Pflegefachkräfte" bei dem Caritasverband für die Diözese Münster e.V., haben wir uns mit der „Pflegeübergabe am Patientenbett" befasst. Zum einem sind wir Frau Michaela Kammel, stellvertretende Stationsleitung auf Station 3 rechts und zum anderen Frau Angela Zacholl, stellvertretende Stationsleitung auf Station 2 rechts. Wir arbeiten gemeinsam im St. Vincenz- Krankenhaus in Datteln. Das Krankenhaus besitzt 351 Planbetten.Wir beschreiben unsere Informationsquellen, die uns bei der Implementierung der „Pflegeübergabe am Patientenbett" sehr hilfreich waren. Dazu gehören die einzelnen Hospitationen, unsere Literaturrecherche, unser Maßnahmenplan zur Durchführung unseres Projektes, sowie die vielen Gespräche mit der Pflegedienstleitung, den Experten und dem Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten unseres Hauses.
