Ulrich Glöckler präzisiert die Perspektiven des von ihm 2011 publizierten Konzeptes einer Sozialen Arbeit der Ermöglichung, das die Entfaltung kultureller, sozialer und symbolischer Ressourcen und die bestmögliche Nutzung von Lebenschancen der betreuten Akteure und Akteurinnen anstrebt. Die Weiterentwicklung erfolgt auf der Grundlage einer empirisch begründeten Theoriebildung, indem eine Brücke zwischen aktuellen theoretischen Diskursen und innovativen Praxisansätzen geschlagen wird. Im Horizont eines stringenten Theorieabrisses werden empirische Befunde präsentiert. Am Beispiel Inklusion und Partizipation ermöglichender Praxis in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit werden u.a. professionelle Qualifikationen, sinnvolle Formate, Angebotsstrukturen und pädagogische Grundlagen (Janusz Korczak) thematisiert.
