Ein wesentliches Anliegen dabei ist es, Möglichkeiten darzustellen, die gewonnenen Informationen zu verwalten und aktuell zu halten, damit nicht unnötig Zeit aufgewendet wird. Zwecks Zeitersparnis wird ein Anforderungsprofil für eine Software erarbeitet, welche zur Unterstützung dieser Tätigkeiten gewinnbringend einsetzbar ist. Um die Zusammenhänge verständlicher darzustellen sowie mögliche Konfliktpunkte ersichtlich zu machen, wird bewusst von einem Modellunternehmen ausgegangen. Ziel war es, anhand unterschiedlicher Informationsflüsse und Abschätzung des Bearbeitungsaufwandes letztlich zu einer Empfehlung für das Modellunternehmen zu kommen.
