Dazu wird zuerst die Kartelltheorie behandelt. Dies beinhaltet gewisse Kriterien, die in derLiteratur mit Kartellen in Verbindung gebracht werden. Anhand dieser Kriterien soll dann ein scharfer Blick auf die drei Untersuchungsobjekte geworfenwerden. Am Ende werden die wesentlichsten Unterschiede nocheinmal zusammengefasst und noch einige Schlussbemerkungen gemacht.
