The Year is 2130 and Terry Cortez now rules a post apocalyptic North America. He is now ready to unleash his Armies of Warlords on the countries of Europe. New enemies and races would answer the challenge, and as like before Terry would find himself facing new dilemmas as well as new technologies. War is something Terry could deal with but religion is another matter altogether. A Druid god will arise to challenge Terry and in the end Terry would be given a choice, a choice that would test the very foundations of his religious beliefs, but what Terry doesn't realize is that that same choice must also be the right choice because like it or not, "World Domination" also comes with a price.
