Sirrah's story provides a glimpse into the mindset of someone contemplating suicide. Her life was great until suddenly it wasn't. Although she was intelligent and strong-willed, she was still vulnerable. Sirrah's lover was able to blindside her because she ignored the warning signs. She was naive and innocently opened herself to emotional trauma. Writing Notes was the coping mechanism that worked for Sirrah. It's ok to seek help. Suicide is NEVER the answer.
