Miranda's Gift
Description
In a quaint town nestled between rolling hills and meandering streams, curious and imaginative seven-year-old Miranda lives an ordinary life with an extraordinary secret. Filled with wide, innocent eyes the color of a cloudless blue sky, and a cascade of golden curls that frame her cherubic face, Miranda possesses an allure that endears her to all in the neighborhood.
It all begins on a warm summer day when the carnival paints the streets with vibrant hues and fills the air with intoxicating scents of spun sugar and buttery popcorn. Miranda's excitement leads her to explore the wonders that await her, uncovering a mysterious man at a makeshift booth performing a mesmerizing shell game. With remarkable observation skills, Miranda discovers the cheat and catches the man red-handed.
As her adventures unfold, Miranda's extraordinary abilities become increasingly apparent. From winning rigged games with her exceptional eyesight to discovering her telekinetic powers, she knows there is something remarkable about herself. But, surrounded by secrecy and unanswered questions, Miranda decides it's best to keep her amazing revelations to herself, at least for now.
Follow Miranda on her thrilling journey of self-discovery and adventure as she learns to harness her extraordinary gift and unlock the mysteries that lie within. This children's fantasy tale will captivate young readers' imaginations while reminding them of the power of imagination and the magic that resides within us all.
