Dr. Heer is a practical, problem solving, no excuses oriented individual. He is a man of many talents:  he can build a boat, sew your prom dress or fix you a Swedish dish called Potato Lefse.  He has several hobbies which include the following: bird hunting, Mako shark fishing, boat building, welding, wood working, tennis and others.  He believes exercise is the key to health and walking is ideal for man. We are designed to be vegetarians because it fits our anatomy.
 He and his wife Sandra of 44 years have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. He served 4 years in the U.S.A.F (United States Air Force) as a weapons mechanic and taught high school biology for 5 years.  Dr. Heer is in his early seventies and still practices all phases of dentistry 2 days a week and believes he has the best job in the world.
Each day your actions should make the world a better place then what you found it and continuing this each day will allow you to become self-actualizing. He wrote this book believing people can change and hope those who seek help don'ts simply have a good day but "MAKE A GOOD DAY."
