Weil Kommunikationskompetenz als entscheidende Variable für eine professionelle Berufsausübung gesehen wird, werden anschließend Maßnahmen aufgezeigt, wie Kommunikationskompetenz bei Lehramtsanwärtern und Lehrkräften praktisch ausgebildet und gestärkt werden kann.Jedes menschliche Verhalten stellt eine Form der Kommunikation dar - beginnend mit dem Tag der Geburt. Kommunikation schafft Verbindungen, führt Menschen zusammen und spielt eine elementare Rolle im alltäglichen sozialen Miteinander in Beruf, Schule, Familie und Gesellschaft, indem unser Wahrnehmen, Fühlen, Denken und Handeln immerzu Folgen von Kommunikation sind. Nahezu jeder Lebensbereich ist davon bestimmt. Ohne Kommunikation wäre ein menschliches Leben nicht denkbar, und ein Miteinander in der Gesellschaft nicht möglich.Es gibt nur wenig, was den Menschen so sehr ausmacht und prägt, wie die Fähigkeit zu (sprachlicher) Kommunikation. Sowohl privat als auch beruflich wird die Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation daher als selbstverständlich vorausgesetzt. Insbesondere in einem Handlungsfeld wie der Institution Schule, das, wie fast kein anderes, lückenlos auf Kommunikation basiert, müssen Lehrkräfte in unterschiedlichsten Situationen und Kontexten professionell kommunizieren und interagieren können - und zwar nicht auf der Grundlage ihres Erfahrungswissens, sondern fundierter kommunikativer Kompetenzen. „Kommunikations-kompetenz"
