Kid-Friendly have created a sample weekly meal plan to help make your life easier, your kids' meals more enjoyable and promote healthy eating habits. In addition to that, this book also includes packing children's delicious and nutritious school lunch boxes daily. Additional Info: I am a mother of three children and a full-time healthcare worker. Based on my background, health is my priority, and diet has a significant impact on health and chance of living long. Thus, what we consume and feed our children today will come with good or adverse consequences tomorrow based on our diet. It was important for me to engage my children in developing healthy eating habits by making my kitchen kid friendly. The recipes and techniques provided in a kid-friendly kitchen worked well for me, my children, and my whole family to have fun, exciting and creative moments together. Based on my experience, I wanted to share what worked for me with you all; it is simple and doable. According to the study done by North Dakota State University, cooking with children helps them build self-esteem, develop self-confidence, responsibility, and independence ("Now You're Cookin': Meals with Help from Kids!," 2018).
