Joy's Summertime Adventures

Joy's Summertime Adventures centers on the life of Joy Snavely, a young girl who enjoys new experiences! Joy discovers little moments can hold lasting memories and become adventures in and of themselves. As summer vacation goes by, Joy's adventures take unexpected turns. During all her activities, Joy keeps God as the focus of her life and strives to obey His Word.

In Joy's Summertime Adventures, you will:

  • Follow the teachings of Scripture that are lived out in Joy's daily life.
  • Learn how to personally apply biblical teachings and have an intimate relationship with Jesus.

Young girls desperately need reading materials that will encourage them to aspire to have a closer relationship with God. As children cross over from childhood to young adulthood, they need role models that will guide them in the right direction. Books can be a very powerful influence in the decisions that children make for adulthood. Anna has created a book that is authentic in the fun activities that children and their families engage in and still allow space for the heart to seek after God. She has developed a story that will draw in a young reader to enjoy the book as well as point her in a direction that will take her to a deeper relationship with God. Not only has she written a book about seeking after God, she exemplifies it in her life as well. Our children need materials that encourage them to seek after a relationship with God.

Anna Evans is a high school junior in an accredited homeschool program. She has resided in various parts of the United States and even overseas and she currently lives in Arizona. Anna enjoys developing her God-given talents in creative fields such as writing, music, and art. She plans to follow her creative calling into university.
