Seminar paper del año 2014 en eltema Romanística - Estudios españoles, Nota: 1,0, Bergische Universität Wuppertal (Romanistik), Materia: Spanische Literatur, Idioma: Español, Resumen: El objetivo principal de este trabajo es mostrar cómo estaba involucrada la iglesia católica en la Guerra Civil y qué significado tenía para el país antes y después de que estallara la Guerra. El trabajo está dividido en tres partes: en la primera parte voy a hablar sobre algunos datos generales de la Iglesia en España con respecto a la historia y la actualidad. También vemos qué relación tenía la Iglesia con el bando republicano en los años anteriores a la Guerra. En la segunda parte voy a centrarme en el periodo de la Guerra, donde trataré la persecución de los religiosos, la quema de iglesias y el concepto de cruzada por los nacionales. Y, por último, en la tercera parte terminaré hablando sobre el nacional-catolicismo y la reacción de la Iglesia después haber sufrido la persecución en la Guerra.
